How do I qualify?

In order to qualify you must know your customer code and have your EECOL Electric account in good standing.


How do I register for the EECOL Power Rewards program?

Please visit the registration page and enter your information. Just follow the simple steps.  Then, you will be in a pending mode until your registration is approved. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome e-mail and you’re on your way to fabulous rewards!


What if I forget my Password?

If you forget your password, visit the EECOL Power Rewards site and select "forgot my password".  A temporary password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.


How do I earn points?

You can earn points by buying qualifying EECOL products in your local branch. Every 1 dollar spent = 1 point earned.

What EECOL products qualify?

When do my points expire?

Your points will expire after 3 years from the date they are uploaded in your account.



Can I save my points?

YES! You can accumulate points and save for that special item!



When will I receive my points?

You will receive your points via the website once a month.



Can I purchase more points?

Unfortunately, points are not available for purchase.


Can I return merchandise?

You can only return merchandise that is either defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You must contact EECOL Power Rewards Customer Service at 1-800-208-5771 or to get authorization to return the product.

The EECOL Power Rewards Call Center agent will provide you with all of the return information you need and will advise you on how to return the product.


What if I have a problem with a product after 30 days?

If you have an issue with a product after 30 days of receipt of merchandise, you must contact the EECOL Power Rewards Call Center at 1-800-208-5771. The EECOL Power Rewards Call Centre will provide you with a proof of purchase and you will be in charge of contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.


Where will the product be sent to?

The product will be sent directly to your local branch. The branch manager will contact you once the product has arrived for you to pick up.


What happens if I don’t have an email address?

Access to your account on the EECOL Power Rewards website requires a valid email address. Viewing the catalogue and ordering is only available online. Therefore, a valid email address is required to participate in the program.


Is there any other way to place an order other than online? 

Ordering online is the only option available.


Can I transfer points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
